Brazilian Construction Wholesaler Standardizes on RYNEX 20V Cordless Drills

A leading construction-supplies wholesaler based in São Paulo, Brazil approached RYNEX in early 2023 with a clear brief: consolidate its cordless drill purchases under a single reliable manufacturer, refresh the product for its own retail chain, and cut supply-chain risk from too many small vendors.

After evaluating three shortlisted suppliers, the buyer selected the RYNEX 20V lithium-ion cordless drill platform (VTR-10-20VE series) based on motor torque figures, CE-certified battery packs and the flexibility of our OEM program. Private-label logo printing, custom color-scheme housing and Portuguese-language user manuals were all handled in-house at RYNEX, so the customer received a shelf-ready product without needing a second local vendor.

The sample was approved on the tenth day after the first meeting, and the first mass-production run of two 40HQ containers shipped from Shanghai within the promised 45-day lead time. Every unit passed our end-of-line functional test before packing, and shipping documentation was prepared to match Brazilian import requirements to avoid customs delays.

After the second reorder, the customer added our 20V impact driver and angle grinder to the same battery platform, using the shared-battery story as a competitive advantage on their retail shelves. Reorders are now quarterly, and RYNEX has become their sole cordless drill manufacturer for the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro regions.
